Upstairs is where you decompress. The living room has an electric fireplace that throws real warmth, room-darkening shades so you can actually sleep in, and a ceiling fan to keep things comfortable year-round. The kitchen is genuinely stocked — gas stove, full oven, full-size fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a Keurig coffee bar with coffee included. You are not hunting for a pan or a cutting board. Everything you need to cook a proper meal is already here.

The queen bedroom upstairs has its own en suite bathroom — your private retreat, no hallway traffic required.

Head downstairs and the vibe shifts completely. The family room has a full-size Pac-Man arcade cabinet (the real deal, not a mini), a game console, and a stack of board games. Kids will plant themselves here and not surface for hours. Adults will do the same. The twin bedroom sleeps two on separate twin beds, and there is a second full bathroom on this level. If you are traveling with a baby or toddler, a crib and pack-n-play are available — just ask.

The laundry is in-unit: full-size washer and dryer, not a coin-op closet. That matters when you are on a longer trip or coming back from a muddy ski day.

Located in Salt Lake City's central east side — in the vibrant 84102 zip that encompasses the University/Foothill corridor and the eclectic 9th & 9th and Sugarhouse neighborhoods — this is one of SLC's most livable and walkable areas. Liberty Park, Utah's largest city park with a pond, tennis courts, and a children's museum, is minutes away. The 9th & 9th district has excellent independent coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Downtown Salt Lake City — with Temple Square, the Natural History Museum, and the city's growing food and arts scene — is about 15 minutes west. The world-famous ski resorts of Alta, Snowbird, and Brighton in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons are approximately 30–40 minutes southeast. Park City is about 45 minutes east.

The UTA TRAX light rail system runs through the area with connections to downtown SLC and Salt Lake City International Airport in 30–40 minutes — excellent car-free access. Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately 20–25 minutes west by car. The ski resort canyons are 30–40 minutes southeast via I-215. Park City is 45 minutes east via I-80. Ride-share (Uber/Lyft) is readily available throughout SLC.

The outdoor areas and backyard are for guests of this unit. The shared backyard is jointly fenced with 523 Gallacher; if that unit is occupied, you may have neighbors in the same outdoor space.
Parking: The driveway is shared between the two units. Each side accommodates up to 3 vehicles. RVs, U-Hauls, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted. Street parking is not allowed, so all vehicles must fit on one side of the driveway.

Leave the home reasonably tidy at checkout — dishes washed or in the dishwasher, trash in the bins.
